As already mentionned in an other post, Shepard Fairey was in Paris last week for his collaboration with André for Levis but also to paint his 1st big wall in Paris.
This wall is a “legal” wall, meaning that the mayor of the 13th district of Paris allowed the project. Anyway this couldn’t be done overnight without permission due to it’s size and the delay to realize it, 3 days…
The man behind of this project is the owner of Galerie Itinerrance whom prepared everything ahead of Shepard arrival: authorization, paint, plan of the facade, elevators…
