Chris Brown’s appropriated some Japanese swag for his new “Autumn Leaves” video, playing a forlorn ronin Samurai amidst an exotic landscape.

In the clip, the singer is bound only to the love of his real life on-and-off girlfriend Karrueche Tran, as he roams tropical feudal scenery and gives some thoughtful poses in front of a Buddah statue.

Kendrick Lamar’s featured on the standout X track but doesn’t appear in the video, though Brown does a decent job mouthing along to his verse.
