Migos’ Offset Slams XXXTentacion for Claiming Drake Stole His Swag

Written by 1 minute, 22 seconds Read

Florida rapper XXXTENTACION has made headlines the past couple of days due to the onslaught of disses he’s sent in Drake’s direction since being released from prison.

His main issue with the 6 God is one that he claims Drizzy stole his sound, specifically regarding the track “KMT,” off of his recent More Life project. While Drake has yet to comment on the situation, one member of Migos is stepping forward on behalf of the Toronto rapper.
Letting it known that he is very much #TeamDrizzy, Migos’ member Offset has taken to social media to go in on XXXTENTACION for making such ridiculous claims.

“You n****s is silly,” Offset said, reacting to the situation on Instagram’s “Stories” feature. “How you unheard of talking about a n***a stole your swag? We ain’t even heard of you, shorty. Get your a** out of jail.”

Offset definitely had time for XXXTENTACION this weekend and wasn’t about to let the allegation go by unaddressed, immediately shutting down the claim Drake was out to steal this particular rapper’s cadence.

Interestingly enough, though, Offset’s affiliates, Takeoff and Quavo, once called out Drake for doing the exact same thing to them, claiming that he stole the flow they popularized on their breakout single “Versace.” Migos then was met with criticism about jacking a similar style from Three 6 Mafia member Lord Infamous and Kingpin Skinny Pimp.

Looks like history always does seem to repeat itself, after all.

Take a look at the Migos member sticking up for Drake in the series of posts below.
